Ranch San Miguel Hills is family owned and operated by Randy and Darla Kwiatkowski who bought the property in 1989. Now, they and their youngest adult daughter Rachael run the business that grows fruit trees and wine grapes.

Of the 20 acres planted, there are 12 in wine grapes, 1 in apples & pears, and a smattering of other varieties including fig, lemon, grapefruit, orange, mandarin, pomegranate, and pineapple guava.
